A career that began at three — and kept moving forward.
Soham Chakraborty began acting at approximately three years of age and went on to appear in around 60–65 feature films as a child actor, working with eminent directors of Bengali cinema including Satyajit Ray. He later returned as a leading actor and expanded his work across cinema, television, production and line production.

From child actor to leading actor — and beyond the frame.
A career in cinema began at an exceptionally young age, with prominent child-actor roles across approximately 60–65 feature films.
Worked as a child actor under the direction of Satyajit Ray in Shakha Proshakha, alongside work with other eminent filmmakers of Bengali cinema.
Returned to acting as a leading performer through Tarun Mazumdar's Chander Bari, followed by Haranath Chakraborty's Baazimaat.
Raj Chakraborty's Prem Amar, produced by SVF, marked a major turning point and was followed by a run of significant Bengali films.
39 years into the journey, the work now extends beyond acting into production and line production through Soham's Entertainment & Creative Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

A new chapter beyond acting.
The production house has produced five Bengali feature films. One confirmed production is Shastri, featuring Mithun Chakraborty in a lead role.
Working across the wider screen industry.
The production house has also handled Bengal line production for the Netflix Hindi web series Khakee: The Bengal Chapter, directed by Neeraj Pandey.
